STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.  NOTES ON SHIPPING RATES

CANADIAN BUYERS!!!  Shipping rates are fairly complex in Canada, and highly dependent on the destination and thickness of the package.  The instant checkout rates are best estimates based on general Canadian locations.  We recommend that you request a quote for the most accurate shipping rate, but offer instant checkout rates for convenience.

  • PLEASE NOTE THAT THE INSTANT CHECKOUT SHIPPING RATES ARE FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, AND ARE AN EDUCATED ESTIMATE OF THE ACTUAL SHIPPING COST.   IF YOU WOULD PREFER A MORE ACCURATE SHIPPING RATE, PLEASE CHOOSE "REQUEST A QUOTE" AT CHECKOUT.
  • SMALL DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN INSTANT CHECKOUT RATES AND ACTUAL SHIPPING RATES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
  • THE PART CATALOG IS NOT 100% ACCURATE.  IF AN ERROR IN PART DIMENSIONS SUBSTANTIALLY AFFECTS THE INSTANT CHECKOUT SHIPPING RATE, LLC BRICKLAND WILL CONTACT YOU TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION (EITHER BY MODIFYING OR CANCELLING THE ORDER, OR CHANGING THE SHIPPING CHARGE ON THE INVOICE).

2.  ITEM CONDITION

NEW:  New parts are those removed directly from a brand new set.  This does not imply mint condition!  Pieces may have scratches from being packed within the LEGO box from the factory.

USED:  In most cases, used pieces are in excellent condition, but we do not guarantee that they are free of regular wear and tear.  We do not intentionally sell broken or damaged pieces.  If we wouldn't use it, we won't sell it.  Also, used pieces and sets may have some dust or dirt on them that may be missed in the cleaning process.

3.  INVENTORY AVAILABILITY

Brick Owl is not our only place of business, so we are currently syncing our inventory between multiple stores.  In the unlikely event that your order contains an item that has been purchased on another site before the inventory is synced, we will notify you with options to change or cancel your order.  We cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide a replacement.

4.  RETURNS AND PRODUCT ISSUES

We do not accept returns, but we will work with you to rectify any situation that may come up with regards to an issue with your order.
